Last night I had an intense craving to draw something really really cute. I drew this completely from scratch on my tablet, which I am officially addicted to.
He looks a bit like whassisface from Cardcaptor Sakura. And he has the Fairly OddParents floaty crowny thing.

Yeah! It looks like a cross between Kero from Cardcaptor Sakura and Cosmo from Fairly Odd Parents... I'm not addicted to cartoon... *grins* Cyoootte!
